Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Pawviani products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, pet behavior (chewing, scratching), improper use, washing errors, or misuse.
